According to Eric W. Hickey‘s book “Sex Crimes and Paraphilia,” foot fetishism, also known as foot partialism or podophilia, is a pronounced sexual interest in feet. It is the most common form of sexual fetishism for otherwise non-sexual objects or body parts.
A foot fetish is a sexual interest in feet. In other words, feet, toes, and ankles turn you on.
Just like Aga Khan’s own life revolves around illicit sexual affairs with actresses, models, etc., his top missionaries, following in their imam’s footsteps, have also developed different bizarre fetishes.

He created a cult within the cult of Agakhanism that revolves around foot fetishism. As an old, horny grandpa, he would prey on young Agakhani-Ismaili girls, touching them inappropriately and kissing their feet.
Ignorant Agakhani-Ismailis justify Hunzai’s foot fetish by saying he saw “paradise” in the beautiful girls’ feet whom he kissed. As funny as it sounds, Agakhani-Ismailis also claim to see “Kaaba” in Aga Khan’s white skin and proclaim Hajj when they glimpse him.
