Heavyweight Agakhani-Ismailis play music and dance to pay their “respect” to Ali (RA) whom they believe has reincarnated in the form of Aga Khan, their current imam.
Just like Hinduism, music, and dance have spiritual importance in Agakhanism. Muslims are not allowed to enter Jamatkhanas, because what happens there is not just shocking, but blasphemous as well. Taking Ali (RA)’s name and dancing is outright blasphemy!
